Refund/Cancellation

We do not accept opened or unopened games for return.

If your order arrives incomplete or damaged, send us an email with your order number, and we will assist in resolving the problem.

We are not responsible for items lost or stolen in transit.  Please retain your tracking number provided with your order confirmation.

We accept cancellations that are made within three hours of ordering, after which the order can no longer be adjusted for any reason.  If you cancel within the three hour timeframe, you will receive a credit within 5-7 business days.
